Individualizing mental health and substance use care.
As a master-level clinical social worker and professional counselor we provide quality mental health care and substance use services to each individual. We recognize no two individuals are the same, and as such, treatment should not be a cookie cutter approach. As mental health professionals, we assist clients by providing individual, couple, and family therapy, assessments, and educational classes to help you transition into your next phase of life. We have extensive training in Domestic Violence, CBT, Trauma, Substance Use, Anxiety, Family Conflict and much more. We assist our clients by connecting professionally with who and where you are in life and assist you to define where you want to grow individually, whether online or in-person.
A modern approach
It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized service based on their needs, rather than do things the typical way. We are sensitive to peoples needs and can work around typical barriers to services. We want you to guide your services. We believe in healing mind, body, and spirit. As Christians we know God is the ultimate healer of all our problems and worries. As such, we provide Christ centered counseling if that is your preference. As well as supportive Christian follow-up care once the therapy relationship has ended.

Psychotherapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals, couples, or families to process and explore their life stressors. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Education Classes
In-person. These classes are 60-90 minutes in length. Anger Management, Parenting, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Divorce, Self-Esteem, Mindfulness, etc.

SAP Services
In-person, this session is for DOT referred individuals who need assessment before being able to return to safety-duty work. Complete assessment, referral of services (if needed), follow up interview, and case management services. Includes all reporting into Clearinghouse.
