Our services

Psychotherapy

Whether you are experiencing a life change (birth, death, divorce), family issues (marital, children, extended members), or other transition (substance use, court involvement, CPS, work) sometimes we all need someone to walk beside us and help us as we move through it. We’re here to listen, help you identify needed changes in your life, advocate for you, and walk with you as you transition.

Education Classes (Individual/Group)

We often think we’re the only one experiencing issues in our lives. We are never alone. Group education classes give us an opportunity to grow and learn with others who are experiencing the same challenges in life. There is strength in numbers and healing begins as we build skills in such things as anger management, parenting, anxiety, grief and loss, divorce, self-esteem, and mindfulness.  Trauma focused and evidence based curriculum used.
